Privacy Policy

This page explains what information flowerboydispensary.com collects (honestly, very little), what we do with it, and how to get off our list. No legalese where plain English will do.

The short version

• We only collect your email address, and only if you type it into our deals signup.
• We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
• There are no ad trackers or analytics scripts on this site.
• You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your info at any time.

Who we are

Flower Boy Dispensary is an adult-use cannabis retailer at 132 Anthony Drive, Anthony, NM 88021, licensed by the New Mexico Cannabis Control Division (License No. RTLR-2023-0024-PRM-0003). This policy covers flowerboydispensary.com only — not our in-store point-of-sale system or the separate online ordering site you reach through "Shop Now."

What we collect

Deals list signup. If you enter your email in our deals popup, we store your email address, your opt-in choice, and a note that it came from this website. That's the entire record. It lives in a private spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account, and only the shop's owners can open it.

Age confirmation. When you confirm you're 21+, we set a cookie named fb_age_verified in your browser so we don't ask again during your visit. It expires when you close your browser, and it doesn't identify or track you. We also set a small browser flag (fb_newsletter_seen) so the deals popup shows at most once per visit.

Hosting logs. This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like nearly every host, Cloudflare keeps standard technical logs (things like IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service. We don't use those logs to identify visitors.

We don't ask for your name, birthdate, address, ID, or payment information anywhere on this site, and we don't run analytics or advertising trackers.

What we use your email for

One thing: sending you deals and new-drop announcements you asked for. We'll never spam you or share your email with anyone else for their marketing.

Services this site relies on

A few third parties help this site work, and each may process some technical data under its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare Pages — hosts and serves the site.
• Google Fonts — your browser requests our typefaces from Google's servers.
• Google Maps — the map on our Visit section is an embedded Google map, and Google may set its own cookies inside that embed.
• Google Sheets / Apps Script — stores deals-list signups, as described above.

We also link out to sites we don't control — our online ordering menu, Instagram, Weedmaps, and Google Maps directions. Once you're there, their privacy policies apply, not this one. In particular, online orders are placed on a separate site run by our point-of-sale provider, which collects the information needed to process your order under its own policy.

You must be 21 or older

This site is for adults 21+. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 gave us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.

Unsubscribing and deleting your info

Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can also just ask: visit us in store at 132 Anthony Drive or message us on Instagram, and we'll remove your email from our list and delete your record.

How long we keep things

We keep your email while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we remove your record rather than archiving it.

Changes to this policy

If we start collecting anything new — say we add analytics or a loyalty program — we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top before it happens.
