The legal stuff

Terms of Use

Last updated July 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of flowerboydispensary.com. We've kept them in plain English on purpose — but they're still the rules, so please read them.

Who we are

Flower Boy Dispensary is an adult-use cannabis retailer at 132 Anthony Drive, Anthony, NM 88021, licensed by the New Mexico Cannabis Control Division (License No. RTLR-2023-0024-PRM-0003). When these terms say "Flower Boy," "we," or "us," that's who they mean. By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be 21 or older

This website and our store are for adults 21 and over. That's why you see the age question before the site loads. Shopping in store requires a valid government-issued ID showing you're 21+, every visit, no exceptions. If you're under 21, please close this site.

What this website is (and isn't)

This site is here to tell you about our shop, our products, and cannabis in general. Nothing is sold on this website. When you tap "Shop Now," you leave our site for an online ordering menu operated by our point-of-sale provider, and every purchase is completed in person at our store, where your age and identity are verified. Ordering through that site is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

Prices, products, deals, and lab figures shown anywhere on this site can change without notice. Cannabinoid and terpene numbers come from certificates of analysis for specific batches and will vary from batch to batch.

Education, not medical advice

Our strain guides and blog posts are for general information only. They are not medical advice, and reading them doesn't create any kind of provider–patient relationship. Talk to a healthcare provider about whether cannabis is right for you, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

Cannabis products are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The FDA has not evaluated these products for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Use cannabis legally and responsibly

Please consume responsibly. When you buy cannabis from us, you agree to handle it the way New Mexico law requires:

  • Keep it for adults 21+ and out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery while under the influence.
  • Keep it inside New Mexico — taking cannabis across state lines is a federal offense, even to states where cannabis is legal.
  • Consume only where it's legal to do so; public consumption rules vary by city and county.

There may be health risks associated with cannabis consumption, including long-term effects and additional risks for people who are or may become pregnant or are breastfeeding. In case of accidental ingestion or overconsumption, contact the Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222 or call 9-1-1.

Using this site

Be a good guest. You agree not to break, probe, or overload the site, misrepresent who you are (including your age), scrape or republish our content in bulk, or use the site for anything unlawful.

We link out to third parties — our online ordering menu, Google Maps, Instagram, and Weedmaps among them. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for what happens there.

No warranties, limited liability

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flower Boy Dispensary isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under New Mexico law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
